		<description>Honestly, Lily, I use whatever I've got in the door of the fridge.  Usually, that's store brand spicy brown mustard, but I can't imagine that any mustard would be a bad choice.  I've got a couple of artisan mustards that I've considered using, too, but have always decided against it; it seems a shame to waste really good mustard when it's not going to be a really strong component of the sauce, you know?</description>
